How does billing work?
Eternal Weaver is a monthly subscription billed via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your confirmation email. The Pro Export Pack is a single charge — no renewal, ever.
Will I lose my universes if I cancel Eternal Weaver?
Your universes stay intact. If you return to the free tier, you'll keep your existing universes but won't be able to create new ones beyond the 3-universe limit.
What's a "universe limit"?
On the free plan, you can have up to 3 active universes at a time. Each universe can have unlimited lore entries, relationships, and AI-generated content — there's no limit on depth, only breadth.
Does the Pro Export Pack include Eternal Weaver?
No — they're separate. The Pro Export Pack only unlocks export features. If you want unlimited universes, you'll also need Eternal Weaver (or get both!).
My plan isn't showing after payment?
